Open the file and your met with a menu

There are 3 options:

-Tall

-Normal

-Short

Tall makes you tall, normal makes you have the regular proportions, and short makes you look like you where squashed by an anvil

There will still be buttons to change your character while playing in a seperate window, just wait to load when changing proportions during gameplay.
Also in that window is a button to import a map to play. Click the reset play button to refresh and play the game you made.
